Register for classes online. Typically, summer enrollment begins in March, fall enrollment begins in April, and spring enrollment begins in November. Go to eServices.
There are five ways to meet a course prerequisite requirement: Enroll in the prerequisite course at CNM. Complete it with a passing grade of "C" or higher.
2.5 or higherYou need one of the following: A high school diploma with a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher. ACT or SAT scores. PARCC scores of 4 or 5 at grade 11.
Sign-in to the SCC Portal > under SCC Connection > select Students > select Registration > select Student Planning & Registration. (Please note, New First-Time Freshman, Athletes, and International Students must meet with an Academic Advisor before being able to register for courses.)
To register for classes, go to Pipeline. Log in with your Pipeline username and password and select Registration from the Student menu. Review your registration status, which will include your pre-registration requirements (HOLDS) and your registration appointment time.
Honor Roll To qualify for the Dean's List a student must have completed at least 12 credit hours with a minimum GPA of 3.5. The Dean's List is compiled after each Fall, Spring, and Summer term.
CreditCR (Credit) CR is the equivalent of C or better grade. A grade of CR is not computed in the GPA but the student will receive credit for the course.

To calculate these GPAs, each A-F or 0-100 grade you entered in the Grade field is first converted to a PTCAS numeric grade value, then multiplied by the attempted credits. The resulting product is Quality Points. Your total Quality Points are then divided by your Attempted Credits to determine your GPA.
