January 22, 2021: Fall and Spring Applications Due – You must submit BOTH a Fall and a Spring Application if you would like the possibility of housing for the full year. February 5, 2021: Selection/Waitlist numbers and information sent to your Husky Email.
Group Selection is the first part of the Fall Housing Application and Selection Process. Approximately 70% of rising second year students (selection numbers 5,000-9,375) will choose their assignments during the Group/General Selection Process.
How to Deposit: To deposit, log onto the myNortheastern Portal, Click “Services & Links”, Click “Student Account, Payment and E-bill Information”, and click on “Make a Payment through NUPAY”. Select Undergraduate Spring 2022 Housing Deposit and follow prompts to pay. Housing deposits are not a bill and as such will not show up as a fee to be paid on your Billing Statements or Account Summary/Detail by Term. Deposits can only be made by following these steps in NUPAY.
Traditional Rising Second Year Students are required to live in university housing for Fall 2021 and Spring 2022 so your housing deposit is waived for you! Rising Second Years have a separate selection process from Upperclassmen and choose from designated second year communities, with the best selection number starting at 5,000.
Specifically, no students who were/are on the waitlist are able to participate in Secondary Selection or be pulled -in.
