Is ground maintenance done around the front of the complex?

Grounds maintenance is only done around the front of the complex (for show of course). If you are in the back areas, you are skipped over for yearly services, such as bush trimming, patio and building power washing, etc. Not worth the price of rent. More of a headache.

If you are looking for an apartment that's affordable in Metrowest then Harbortown is a good choice. All apartments have their issues but this has been the most affordable as far as apartments in the area. Sometimes takes awhile to get maintenance issues taken care off.
