Players can gain up to around 50,000 experience per hour at level 60, increasing to around 54,000–55,000 experience per hour at level 70. Players stop failing this course at level 79, at which point is possible to gain up to 56,700 experience per hour.
Currently, you either have to run to the mage arena or run all the way to level 20 wilderness to leave the wilderness agility course. I suggest allowing a home teleport if (and only if) the player is within the agility course, is not skulled, and is not in combat.
This course is dangerous and players can be attacked by player killers while training at it.
The Wilderness sword 4 provides unlimited teleports to the course after the Wilderness achievements have been completed. Players can use teleports from Ancient Magicks (Ghorrock Teleport with 96 Magic) or Lunar Spells (Ice Plateau Teleport with 89 magic) to teleport themselves due west of the course.

A full graceful set costs 260 marks of grace. It should be noted that if a player chooses to instead spend the same amount of marks on amylase packs, they will receive 2,600 amylase crystals, which are currently worth 3,689,400 coins. This can be viewed as the monetary "value" of the graceful set.
Contrary to popular belief, a player's Agility level does not contribute to how quickly the player's run energy is depleted, only how quickly run energy is regenerated. The only factor that contributes to how quickly run energy is depleted is weight.
The graceful boots are part of the graceful outfit. It costs 40 marks of grace from Grace in the Rogues' Den, and reduces weight by 4kg when worn.
Players can use the Ape Atoll Teleport spell to reach a location close to the course; this requires completion of the Recipe for Disaster subquest, Freeing King Awowogei. One Hellfire bow per world appears somewhere on the ground in the Wilderness, including the portion of the Edgeville Dungeon that is in the Wilderness, visible to all players and with a large golden loot beam on top of it.
The Wilderness Agility Course requires level 52 Agility to access. However, this level is only needed to access the course through the gates; the minimum level requirement of the obstacles is level 49.
The Agility course consists of five obstacles that players can pass in return for Agility experience. If all obstacles are passed in the correct order, some bonus experience is rewarded at the end of the lap. Some of the obstacles can be failed by the player, resulting in damage.
However, the required Agility level of 49 is still required to complete the course.
Teleport using the Edgeville teleport lever to teleport to the Deserted Keep. From here, run north and cut the web. Then run west. Bring a knife or any slash weapon to cut the net.
Teleport to the Frozen Waste Plateau by casting the Ice Plateau Teleport spell. This spell is on the Lunar spellbook and requires level 89 Magic and completion of Lunar Diplomacy to cast. Run east from here.

Teleport to the Wilderness obelisk in level 44 Wilderness. Run north-west from here, go through the gates and then run east.
Wilderness Agility Course. The Wilderness Agility Course (labeled on the world map as Agility Training Area) requires 52 Agility or higher to enter. Entry to the course is boostable; primarily, Summer pies are the best as they are consistent and provide a bigger boost compared to other Agility boosting methods.
Even at 99 Agility, it's still possible to fail an obstacle. 571 Agility experience is received per lap. A perfect lap of the agility course takes about 35 seconds. A good method is to bring runes or tablets for Bones to Peaches, as you have a renewable source of food from the bones.
Despite this, an Agility level of 49 or higher is still needed to use the pipe in this course.
When you fall on the balanced log, skip the stepping stones because you already did that for the finished lap experience.
It is possible to fall on the ropeswing and the log. If the player fails these obstacles, they will be placed in a small dungeon with 4 bones spawns and several skeletons. The ladder to escape is in the north-eastern part of this dungeon. The stepping stones can be failed as well, but failing these will only send players to the side of the ladder, deducting 26.6% (rounded down) of players' remaining Hitpoints at the same time. Even at 99 Agility, it's still possible to fail an obstacle. 571 Agility experience is received per lap.
The Wilderness Agility Course is a good way to bridge the gap between 52-60 Agility though, as it still provides superior experience rates compared to the Falador Agility Course .
A player crossing the stepping stones. The Wilderness Agility Course (labelled on the world map as "Agility Training Area") requires level 52 Agility to enter. However, if you have 47 Agility, you will be able to enter the course by using a summer pie.
If you fail, you will fall on one side which is a pit filled with aggressive white wolves. The pit on the east side seems to be the most common side when the player fails to climb up to the arena.
Players can use teleports from Ancient Magicks ( Ghorrock Teleport with 96 Magic) or Lunar Spells ( Ice Plateau Teleport with 89 magic) to teleport themselves due west of the course.
Players may choose a world with a low population of players or a world with lots of other players training Agility, to reduce their chance of being targeted by a pker. Players can also avoid attack by switching worlds if they see a pker approaching.
Note: If you do not talk to the talent scout after he called you, you might not get the chance to play the minigames. If you happen to fall into the lava pit while the abyssal whip is equipped there is a chance that it will start acting weird and extend itself while performing its own animation.
It is possible to fall on the ropeswing and log. If the players fail these obstacles, they will be placed in a small dungeon, with 4 bones spawns and eight aggressive skeletons. The ladder to escape is in the north-eastern part of this dungeon. The stepping stones can be failed as well, but failing these will only send players to the side of the ladder, deducting 26.6% (rounded down) of players' remaining life points at the same time.
The table below lists all the obstacles that give experience. Note that there is no experience bonus upon completing the course if the player forgets to retry an obstacle after failing it, or completes an obstacle on the course out of order.
Agility training involves a lot of point-clicking and it can take a lot of focus to maximise experience gain. Higher Agility level increases one's ability to regenerate run energy and grants access to various shortcuts. Players should always run and use stamina potions if necessary in order to maximise experience rates.
The Ardougne Rooftop Course offers a profitable and a less click-intensive training option from level 90 onwards. This course also has the highest spawn rate of marks of grace, which is increased by 25% after completion of the elite tier of the Ardougne Diary. With the elite diary completed and at maximum experience rates, players can expect around 22.5 marks of grace per hour, making the hourly profit 218,700 coins.
Players can gain up to 52,600 experience per hour, although players are more likely to see rates of around 45,000–50,000 experience per hour including fails.
Players training here should risk as little as possible because of the possibility of encountering player killers. Stamina potions are recommended to be used always, and some food is also recommended not only to defend against player killers, but also for those with low agility who will fail the course often. A knife would also be a good choice as it would allow players to cut the webs leading to the Mage Arena bank. As most players will most likely not have the full Graceful set bonus by this level, bringing the minimum to have negative carry weight is optimal (also, even if one did have the full Graceful set bonus, one would never take those to the Wilderness). It may be wise to only wear Boots of lightness as they are very easy to replace, instead of risking Graceful pieces that take significant time to obtain.
Training on this course yields up to 13,200 experience per hour, each lap yielding 238 experience. It will take 99 laps to get from level 30 to 40, including fails.

The Rellekka course becomes superior to the Seers' Village course for collecting marks of grace at level 80, because the drop rate for marks of grace at the Seers' Village course is reduced to 20% of its normal rate at that level. At level 80 players may fail the course often reducing experience rates, so it is recommended to boost with summer pies.
