Hinman Ground Level Suites

So last semester I was talking to a friend who lived in my Fall 21 suite. Apparently it’s completely infested with bugs. Is this normal for the ground floor suites ?An exterminator came 3 times and the situation did not improve.

Mail sent to my box

I ordered something to my Bing mail box expecting it to arrive after I arrived on campus but it arrived early. Will I be able to pick it up on move-in day? or is the mail room not open yet for the semester?

Transportation?
