Royal Oaks Country Club is a Semi-Private, 18 hole golf facility located in Maryville, Tennessee. The course at one time had three nine-hole segments, all designed by D. J. DeVictor. The original Beauty Nine Course opened in 1993. The facility expanded to 27 holes in 1997 with the addition of the Beast East and West Nines.
He likened it to New York’s Central Park all of a sudden becoming available for sale. There are approximately 500 homes in the Royal Oaks subdivision now. Alley estimated that anywhere from 400-600 homes could be added.
