All Summer Institutes are refundable if dropped before June 15. You may still drop a Summer Institute from June 16 through the last day of the program, however, the fees will not be refundable.

Students may drop a course at any time before the final class meeting or the end date of an online course. Courses dropped after the first day of class will be given a "W" (withdrawal) grade, which will have no academic penalty.
You will only be eligible for a refund, minus a $40 processing fee, if your drop request is received within a specific time frame.* Here is the timeframe for dropping:
Stopping payment on checks or credit cards is not a valid method of dropping or withdrawing from courses. You may be assigned a failing grade in a course if you are enrolled for credit, you do not withdraw by the withdrawal deadline, and you do not complete all course requirements.
Once registration ends, only registered students may continue to make course changes, including course adds, up to the course change and withdrawal deadlines listed below and in the academic calendar . New registration is not permitted after registration ends.
