Where is Sapper School?

What are so unwritten rules you use in the Army?

One of mine is the 15 minute rule. The gist of it is that a Soldier's barracks room should always be neat enough that in the event I want to inspect it they can have it presentable in 15 minutes. Take the trash out, collect dirty laundry, and straighten up in general.
