Broadmoor is in excellent condition. Best tee-boxes we have played yet. Immaculate fairways. The greens are much better than they look, the Poa annua grass is giving them a spotted look but the greens are running true and rolling smooth. The course is rebuilding the 6th green, so the hole was closed and we had to play their extra hole.
