What is meant by the idea that being a target of sexual harassment is "doubly victimizing"? There is a stigmatization that occurs when others learn about the victimization. A good work is seen as strong, aggressive, task oriented. A victim is perceived as weak, passive, emotional. Therefor victims can be seen as not good works, more weak.
