2 Day Competent Rigging Instructor (Comtrain the Trainer) – $2930 This course is designed to prepare a company’s in-house instructor to incorporate Comtrain’s “Basic and Competent Rigging” training into their companies’ safety plans and policies and then deliver the training to their qualified employees.
Competent Instructor Experience Upgrade – $295 (When an Authorized Instructor reaches the experience level required, the option to Upgrade to a Competent Level Instructor is available. There is no additional class attendance required. Contact the Comtrain office for details and forms.)
The instructor candidate must pass the classroom training written test with an 80% grade or better to advance to the “Instructor – Train the Trainer” level.

This Comtrain course meets the Criteria for Accepted Practices in Safety, Health, and Environmental Training as per ASSE/ANSI Z490.1, the NATE CTS and ASSE/ANSI Z359.2 and the minimum requirements for a Comprehensive Managed Fall Protection Program, found in the ASSE/ANSI Z359 Fall Protection Code.
