The MSF Returning RiderCourse (RRC) is designed for riders over 18 years and older who have recent street experience and are comfortable on a motorcycle. The course is built for unlicensed motorcyclists to help speed them through the endorsement process while also giving them hands-on training from an MSF-certified coach. Coaches will cover good techniques and safe practices for before, during and after your ride. The 3 hour classroom portion will have some review and will include your written test, followed by 5½ hours of hands-on riding exercises in a controlled, off-street environment. This portion will include your riding evaluation test. Once the course is complete, the State of Michigan will provide a waiver certificate for the written and riding evaluation tests that are typically required at the Secretary of State (may vary by state).
