The Army Warrior Leader Course is three weeks long and offers a chance to earn even more promotion points by graduating in the upper 10% of the class and more points for those who graduate as a member of the Commandant’s List .
Points For computer-based nonresident training, you are able to earn a maximum of 90 points for promotion to SSG (Staff Sergeant) and 80 points for promotion to SGT (Sergeant). These points are acquired by participating in courses through the ATRRS Self Development sections.
