The green is one of the better ones on the North and is well defended and has sufficient movement so golfer can rest easy until the final putt is holed. Playing Pelican Hill is not a cheap ticket but if you should be tempted to enjoy all the pampering be sure to play the North layout.
This is one of the nicest courses in Orange County and one of the best in the US. The only true problem is it's always a 5 hour round regardless of your start time. They used to have one GREAT marshal named Mike who was personable and moved everyone along so the average round was 4-4 1/2 hours and he was helpful too.

Ford noted that many Peli- can Hill members have their preferred caddies. During the summer, Pelican Hill has an average of 50 forecaddies on the course every, more if it's a tournament. It takes four to six weeks to be a certified fore caddie.
