Colleges use course codes to describe and organize their courses in a way that can be easily understood by both colleges and students (if said students have translation guides, that is). They consist of four important blocks of information.

Undergraduate students registered in a degree-seeking program will be eligible for Dean's Honour Roll if they have achieved a minimum overall GPA of 10 (A-) in all courses taken from Sept. 1 – Aug. 31.
If your course grade is below 40% then you must clear the course failure by retaking the course or an equivalent by obtaining a grade of 50% (or 60% if taken at another institution with a Letter of Permission). Once successfully completed "Fail Cleared" will be added to your transcript.
