Emphasis is placed on the philosophical and political foundations of law and on civil law. Recommended for prelaw students and for others interested in the practical application of the law. This Honors course offers an enriched experience for accelerated students through limited class, seminar format, focus on primary texts, and application of higher level critical thinking skills.
