Your Source Pacific Fund I, which is managed by Phoenix-based Your Source Partners LLC, completed the purchase of the golf club from A.R. Development LLC for $1.8 million. A.R. Development is a unit of Communities Southwest, a Scottsdale-based developer with projects in Arizona and Southern California.

Perhaps you noticed that Augusta National always measures to a yardage ending in zero or five. The club poobahs like nice, round numbers. Also note that the 10-yard decrease from 2008 to 2009 is the only time in course history that Augusta National has gotten shorter from one Masters Tournament to the next.
Augusta Ranch is off the US 60 about 30 minutes east of Sky Harbour airport. It's a par 61 course playing about 3800 yards and is modeled after Augusta National. It's fun. The course website says its challenging and if your short game is out of whack you'll surely loose a few golf balls.
Augusta Ranch is one of the best golf courses in Arizona. Their staff is not only knowledgeable but also courteous and willing to help. Their PGA professionals on staff at the course are always willing to give tips and help improve your game.
