In order to satisfy course requirements, students must earn at least 4 quality points for each content class/each grade level (Social Studies/Math/Science/Language Arts).
Does credit recovery affect college? As credit recovery programs do not affect GPA, they also have no negative impact on the college.

OCPS is providing a Course Recovery opportunity for sixth, seventh, and eighth grade students who are not on track to meet the requirements for successful completion in one or more core courses. Our goal is to provide students with an opportunity to demonstrate competency in order to progress toward graduation requirements. Students must meet middle school course requirements for promotion to the next grade level.
Edgenuity offers standards-aligned video-based curriculum for middle school students in all core content areas. Your student will be supported and monitored daily by our school support team.
