Central Limit Theorem, Laws of Large Numbers. Estimation: bias, MSE, consistency, sufficiency, maximum likelihood, method of moments, UMVUE, Rao-Blackwell Theorem, Fisher Information. Hypothesis testing: significance level and power, Neyman-Pearson lemma, Likelihood ratio tests.
