When evaluations become available you will receive an automated email via the official address listed in the Purdue directory with a link to the evaluation site. You may also access available evaluations from Brightspace. After logging onto the evaluation site, you will see a screen that lists all available surveys.
Purdue strongly encourages students to offer their input but does not mandate that students complete evaluations. Instructors, however, may require you to submit an evaluation. Students receive a proof of evaluation email after each evaluation is submitted. Please forward this email to your instructor as proof of completion.
