The normal load for full-time students is 6 semester hours each term or 12 hours for both summer terms. An undergraduate student with a GPA of less than 3.000 may schedule a maximum of 7 semester hours each term or 14 hours for both summer terms.

What are the consequences of withdrawing (dropping) a class? While withdrawing from a course will preserve your GPA, excessive withdrawals (W‘s) will delay how long it takes you to complete your degree and may impact your financial aid.
