Hires some of the best employees and is a great place for experience. Unfortunately, it is not worth the pay or risk. In one year I've seen 3 dead bodies and have arrested 5 people. The management is manipulative.

Fun and productive place to work. Just know you will be on your feet a lot so make sure to prepare for that. It is a casino so make sure you are used to the smell of cigarette smoke

Productive Work Envionrment with Friendly Staff

I had multiple positions at Viejas Casino & Resort and I enjoyed being a Guest Service Dispatcher the most. The management and staff treated each other like family. Everyone was kind. The job position taught me many valuable lessons and I am thankful for the experiences I had while working here.

The Pros and Cons

Well there is some benefits of working for this company. Those benefits are that they are very accommodating to your request if you are going to school or if you have another job. They have good discounts they offered to their employees, they offer extra pay on holidays. They have some nice lunch meals.

No stressful

Management plays favorites and people that work hard get treated like dirt the people that don’t do nothing get promoted in the company that why I quit. The hardest part of the job is to not get caught up in the drama

No leadership. No planning. No chance to learn and advance. Just a paycheck

Uncontrolled management, chaotic schedule, no direction, no opportunities to be creative, no chance to advance. Managers don't have a clue as to what they are doing or how to do it.
