36All golfers on the St Andrews Old course are required to have a recognised handicap. Both men and women should have a handicap of 36 or lower. This is a new higher limit for men, introduced in 2020. All golfers must be able to present an official handicap or certificate prior to play on the Old course.

No, you can't walk the course but there are pathways that cross it at various points so you could see some of it.

You can see his swing is a little long at the top with a flying elbow. That’s not bad in itself, but in order to match it up, he’ll need to shallow the club to start the downswing, a la George Gankas.
