Nov 15, 2018 · Sam Snead is one of the all-time great golfers, having won 7 major titles (Masters 3x, PGA Champ 3x and 1x Open Championship). The Greenbrier Sporting Club is the private, member-owned, equity club organized for the purpose of offering memberships to those that purchase West Virginia real estate at The Greenbrier. More than 400 members representing over 31 states, Washington, D.C., and Canada have come to call The Greenbrier "home.".
The current equity membership initiation fee for 2021 is $120,000 and will be paid an amount equal to eighty percent (80%) of the premium of the given year the membership is resold. The annual club dues are due January 1st of every year and are currently $17,500 as of 2021.

Our school takes a very personalized approach that is dependent on each girl’s goals and progress. While there is a minimum length stay of 9 months, many of our students have chosen to stay two, three or four years. Many stay until they graduate. Upon graduation, students are eligible for a high school diploma from the state of West Virginia.
We will work with you and your family to ensure a positive and healthy interaction during home visits. Your daughter’s counselor and academic advisor will create an individualized plan based on her and your family’s needs and situation.
Based on the personal work your daughter accomplishes while here, her counselor will determine when she is prepared to make a supervised call to family members. Calls to friends may follow.
Our students have a very full and diverse residential life. They engage in many different weekly outdoor adventures throughout the year including mountain biking, kayaking and hiking through various partnerships insured by professional outfitters.
Students drum daily and participate in group exercise that varies with ability level: running, walking, Pilates, yoga and free weights. Seasonal sports such as snow skiing/snowboarding, volleyball, basketball, soccer and softball are fun activities both on and off campus.
