Not A Good Employer

The Owner of Apex is a very cocky and disrespectful individual who more worried about the money rather than the ppl he hires. Very u professional. He feels like if he's providing the materials you should settle for what you make off the job. Rather than the time it took for you to be experienced

All in all a good job

All in all it's a good work environment. Just doesn't have the benefits or the hours that I'm currently looking for. My boss is a good person and works me when he can. I'm looking for a full time job not a part time job.

Decent place to work

2 out of 3 owners are good guys. Seemingly a lot of dead weight in the project management side. Have had multiple employees deported. The "bonus program" they mention is non existent.

Perform any combination task to pouring cement, retrieving materials,load and unload truck. learn to use hand tools equipment and machine the hard part of the work is the labor it self which comes with the job but working as a team makes it easy.

Decent place to work enjoyed the time I spent there. I feel the other works could’ve been more fast paced and helped put more but otherwise I enjoyed the time there.

Apex was a temporary job to help make ends meet while i was raising my family. I will continue to do side jobs for Apex, building a satisfied clientele.

Horrible Management

Management is absolutely horrible & they expect you to completely devote your life outside of work to your clients & position. The director of operations is a micro-manager to the extreme, doesn't listen to a word you say (even when she asks you a direct question).
