The Heartsaver First Aid Online course is taught in a blended learning format. Students must complete the online portion, followed by the hands-on skills session (sold separately) conducted by an American Heart Association Training Center instructor.
Tell the student to go to https://www.redcross.org/digitalcertificate to access their certificate. Certificates are available 1 hour after the class was reported. The instructor and/or partner administrator can access the student certificates directly and email the certificate to the student.

What happens if I fail that exam? At the end of First Aid courses, you must complete a multiple-choice question paper. If you fail this, you will have one opportunity to retake. If failed a second time, you will need to book and sit the course again, giving you 2 more opportunities to retake.
