Step 1-Take and pass a broker pre-licensing course. 90 hours of class time are required by the IN Real Estate Commission-make them count by choosing RECP. Choose between our onsite or online course. Step 2-Take and pass your national and state test. This is scheduled outside of school once you’ve received your certification from us.
