Two Course Options

There’s the traditional course, which is six hours of classroom instruction plus a six-hour skills day. Can I get a Hunter Ed license in other states?

Hunter Ed from an approved course is probably recognized everywhere. Also, once you get a SC license that would get you a license in other States. Always check with the specific State to be sure.

Does Hunter Ed cover all states?

I'm not sure for every state but I know that many and possibly all states have reciprocity agreements where one states hunter ed will pass over and cover the other states. You'll want to guard your certificate dearly as you'll most likely need to provide proof of passing a course before you can obtain a license from another state.
