Teammate of mine put his two weeks in and worked pretty much on pace with the rest of the team during his notice period (much appreciated). His last day today and he just didn’t respond to pings and hopped offline at 4pm without saying anything. Absolute legend.

Today was the last straw, I will be putting my 2 weeks tomorrow

So my work is making us start going in the office now 4 days a week and I’ve been requesting some sort of flexibility because I don’t have childcare figured out.
