Wierd enough, the foxes are found in wolf hill. Head down that and and you should reach a section with a "village" on your left and a veiw on the right. Straight ahead is a curve left, but don't go there yet. Ski on the left side until you reach a house and you can press "a" to talk. There you will find the foxes
