The course itself is well laid out and enjoyable. However, the greens are in terrible condition. It appears that there must be an irrigation issue as there were leaking heads and big holes at various places around the course with larger repair areas in the fairways as well.

Fairways and greens were in excellent condition. Rough is thick which for Texas golfers who are not used to such things on many of our courses caused more challenge at times. Not too many holes where water was an obstacle, but the uphill holes made up for that.
