The UCL Division of Psychology and Language Sciences is one of the largest centres of psychology teaching and research in the UK. Its cutting-edge research is internationally recognised.
The taught modules on the programme are lecture-based theory modules, designed to provide you with a firm foundation in the different topics relevant to psychology of education. You will take four compulsory modules and a dissertation. The dissertation is a research project carried out under the supervision of a member of academic staff from UCL.

Psychology is not a difficult subject to study and to do well in, if you have interest for it you will find it the most easy subject to study. But f you do not have interest in it, it could be one of the most difficult subject to even pass in it.
Take a psychology 101 class to learn the most basic material. If you want to take a class that offers the most general introduction to psychology, try to find a psychology 101 course. Courses with a 101 course number are usually designed for students with no prior education in the topic.

UPC students with a near native competence in English may study Arabic, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin, Portuguese or Spanish instead of Academic English. The minimum level of English required for this is an IELTS for UKVI (Academic) score of 7.5 or equivalent.
