An 85-unit residential development is in the works for the former Kent State University Golf Course at the corner of Route 59 and Powdermill Road. According to Franklin Township Zoning Inspector Joe Ciccozzi, the township has approved a variance permitting 85 homes on the site, which is 39.5 acres in size.Feb 23, 2022
