Class sizes and course lengths vary based on course content. Mid-grade professional training classes are normally one or two days with 15–30 students, while executive training often consists of one half-day of one-on-one instruction.
Navy customers. WBB training began in 1996 with a DoD Introductory Course for newly reported Navy Staff Requirements Officers. The Requirements officer course evolved into the widely recognized “How Washington Works” series of Washington introductory training courses. Navy training customers have grown to include the following:
