During the Quest “The Silver Grove,” the player was awarded a number of Apothics to use in order to progress the Quest.

Jump over/under the no-go zone trick. 2nd - 0:14 : Go in as operator, switch to the warframe, fall off, cross the finish line as operator (finishing as warframe doesn't work, finishing with both on the finish line will glitch the timer and you'll have to reload the dojo to go again).
The Silver Grove quest can only be unlocked once players have completed The Second Dream and are Mastery Rank 7 or higher. The quest is started by visiting New Loka inside a relay and by asking their leader Amaryn about "The Silver Grove".
From farming Silver Specters for stance and aura mods, I believe the Silver Grove will not spawn in every time. If you cannot find it, reload the mission. When you do find it, use the Apothic on the small stone altar, and the Silver Grove Specter will spawn in. Kill it, and then extract!Dec 2, 2019
Apothics are equipment items that can be used on Shrines found in any Grineer Forest mission. Their blueprints are obtained by progressing through The Silver Grove quest.
The first of the titular Grove's guardians, it is summoned by using the Nightfall Apothic on the Grove's Shrine. Players can choose to summon the Knave Specter again by encountering the Shrine on any Grineer Forest mission and using another Nightfall Apothic.
The Silver Grove will usually — but not always — spawn near the end of the mission. Look for a small tunnel. When you are close, the Lotus will mention that The Silver Grove is nearby. Go through the tunnel and you will discover an altar.Sep 10, 2019

Three lasers move across a room, either horizontally, vertically, or front to back. Touching these lasers will slow you down and is advised to avoid. Zephyr’s passive comes to mind. The temporary invulnerability at the start of the course was mirrored from regular missions, but was being used to bypass some traps. Overall, these changes allow Dojo Course designers to really challenge those who attempt their creations and do so fairly.
When taking the Leap of Faith, get a good running start and use a slide in midair to pick up some momentum if needed. Two pairs of pillars are actually timed perfectly with one another during the course: The second and third pillars move at exactly the same speed in opposite directions.

To craft a Nightfall Apothic, you're going to need Dusklight Sarracenia (Grineer Shipyard, Ceres), and Moonlight Dragonlilies and Sunlight Threshcones (Grineer Forest, Earth - Nighttime). When you've crafted one, just follow the quest tips until you come across your first Silver Grove Specter - Knave.
Twilight Apothics require Moonlight Jadeleaf (Grineer Forest, Earth - Nighttime), Ruk's Claw (Grineer Settlement, Mars), and the Lunar Pitcher (Orokin Moon, Lua). The procedure works exactly the same as it did in the case of Nightfall Apothic, except this time, Twilight will spawn a different Specter - Orphid.
The final Apothic will probably be the most difficult one to farm out, requiring Sunlight Jadeleaf (Grineer Forest, Earth - Daytime), Frostleaf (Corpus Outpost, Venus/Neptune/Pluto), and Vestan Moss (Grineer Asteroid, Mercury/Phobos/Saturn/Uranus/Sedna).
For this Apothic, you will need to find and scan 2 “Jadeleaf” plants – these articles of flora are only found on Earth in the forest tileset during the day (during a 4-hour cycle that is separate from the Plains of Eidolon).
The first guardian of the Silver Grove takes the form of Oberon in his deluxe Feyarch skin, and for the most part, uses his own skills – except for his fourth ability. For that, he seems to have borrowed from the avian frame Zephyr.
Again you must prepare your scanners to harvest the materials needed for the second potion. First, you’ll need to track down two “Dusklight Sarracenia,” which is found near the swampy waters of Ceres.
The Knave is represented by Loki, sporting his Knave deluxe skin. This guardian has all of Loki’s Abilities, with the only difference being that Decoy can be cast multiple times with reflective Damage.
So this recipe starts with two “Moonlight Jadeleaf,” which are found at night in the forests of Earth.
This lovely guardian takes on the form of Saryn in her majestic Orphid deluxe skin. This version of the toxic lady only has access to 3 of her Abilities, and the biggest difference from the normal Saryn is that Molt creates a moving husk that crawls towards the player and explodes on proximity.
