The Obstacle Course allows you to train your navigational and movement skills. All Warframe abilities are disabled during this time. The Obstacle Course contains a variety of obstacles that test multiple skills while trying to achieve the fastest time possible.
A Gauss is the fastest sprinting Warframe currently with 1.4 base movement speed. You can check each Warframe's stats here to see how you fare. Aim Gliding slows down the timer as well and is effective at getting good times.
Disabled Warframe Passives when entering Dojo Obstacle Courses and disabled the several seconds of invulnerability when starting the course. We spoke to Dojo Designers in the community and got their feedback on obstacle courses. These changes come from their point that both of the above give players an unfair advantage.

Looks to me that maybe you should be taking a long, hard look at the type of clan you're in, where that sort of thing goes unresponded-to by your warlord or whatever equivalent exists there.

No those are called Exploits. In which they exploit the way the game is made so that they can gain an unfair advantage
