This is an awesome park with wonderful trails, beautiful waterfalls, and amazing vistas. The lodge is nice and has a good restaurant. There is a public swimming pool. There are a lot of nearby attractions.
Directions, Parking & Regulations No general admission fees apply at Cumberland Falls State Resort Park. From the nearby town of Corbin, take State Highway 727 to US-25W, which eventually becomes KY-90 W. From here, it's about 14 miles to the parking at the Mouth of Laurel boat ramp.

You can park right at falls area and view them in about 500 feet. All side walks. Virtually no walk at all . If you walk the trail area to lower falls it has several layers of stairs and ramps about a 1\4of a mile to a beach area on the river..

There are viewing areas at the top, base, and downstream from the falls. Many nice views of the falls are also available from Trail #9, which follows the western edge of the river gorge, and leads to Eagle Falls. Cumberland Falls is the only place in North America where you can see a moonbow.
