You got lot of good answers here. I too use the Sinar-copal behind the lens shutter. To reach all the controls from behind the camera is VERY NICE. It allows you to dial the f stop and view full open or with the cable pressed- stopped down. Saves some seconds

So, there. Great shutters but...... If yours fails out in the field (or any where) you are stone cold stuffed. With a bag of what has now become barrel lenses. And as they and/or the shutter are not transferable to other cameras should you ever wish to do so, you tend to be stymied in to buying lens mounted copals anyway. Greg Pratt
