Based on the information found in Arcadia Bay, Rachel was a popular student who attended Blackwell Academy.
Chloe's reputation among her peers in class will improve. The last important choice in the first episode happens during the conversation with Rachel at the junkyard (Chapter 5 of this guide). You can tell Rachel that you want to be friends, or that you want something more. Rachel will be sad and walk away.
They recoil from the smell, implying that she had been dead for a long period of time and Chloe is devastated to find this out. They revisit the spot later in the episode to confirm that her body is still there. Jefferson reveals that Rachel was in love with him and that she loved having pictures taken of her.

Show Spoilers. After the meeting in the Principal's office, Rachel will tell Chloe that she wants to meet at the junkyard later. Chloe will then be escorted by Skip the security guard to clean out her locker. You’ll be able to go through her locker, one item at a time.
Following the Damon incident, Chloe will look for Rachel backstage at the play. You’ll run in Samantha who is eavesdropping on a conversation between Nathan and his father. You’ll see that Nathan’s dad is scumbag. Chloe will have an opportunity to tell Nathan’s dad off or remain silent.
Rachel will say that you both could use some therapy. Chloe will lay down and you’ll have the option to tell Rachel all about what’s bothering her. When it gets to Rachel, she’ll ask to talk about something else.
Frank will tell Chloe about Damon engaging in some seedier than usual tactics and then task Chloe with collecting a large sum of money from Drew North. He’ll tell you that Drew has been dealing drugs to his teammates to improve their performance on the field and owes Damon over a thousand dollars.
Chloe will have an opportunity to tell Nathan’s dad off or remain silent. Nathan will run into you and Samantha before taking off in a fit of anger. If you talk to Sam following the incident, her and Chloe will get into a conversation about Nathan.
When the play starts, you will be watching it from the side of the stage, waiting for your cue. Not long later, Rachel will call you by your character's name (Ariel), so walk over to the yellow 'x' next to her and hit the 'speak' prompt.
The second line comes up shortly afterward. Before it, though, Rachel talks about a brave spirit, and Chloe mentions the King's son Ferdinand. You then need to finish the protagonist's point by saying, "hell is empty." The drama teacher, Mr. Keaton, can't hide his glee at you getting this one correct.
After Rachel asks you about safety, you must head over to the shipwreck at the back of the stage and hit the button prompt to point. Once there, Chloe starts to deliver a line, and it's up to you to finish it. The correct choice is "in troops." And to add emphasis to her words, Chloe jumps off of the shipwreck as she's saying it, which Mr.
Now that Chloe is off of the shipwreck, Rachel gently pulls her back into the middle of the stage and says there's more work. The right response is "more toil?" This one isn't too difficult to guess as the other option is clearly a fourth-wall break.
Your last line from the script comes when Rachel asks about your demands. Select "liberty" to deliver the correct response.
Once you ask for liberty, then Rachel begins to go off-script. At this point, there are no correct answers, and you can choose any dialog option you like.
