RuneLite HD has been shut down

Yesterday, September 6, 2021, RuneLite HD would have been released. The code had been reviewed and bugs had been fixed - it was ready to go. You would have been playing with it right now.

We have been heard

Jagex has reached out to me to establish ongoing communications regarding how we can move forward. I am in talks with Mods Sween, Ayiza, and Mac, who are all lovely people and are not personally responsible for yesterday's decision to shut down RuneLite HD — that goes for the rest of the Old School team, too.

Day 2 of Jagex ignoring their community and pretending that nothing is happening

Almost 70,000 upvotes and thousands of other lurkers have seen 117’s post. And not one mod has said something about this, besides mod ash and his tweets which only made things worse.

In solidarity with 117 I think adam1210 should take down runelite in its entirety until Jagex' decision changes

Most of us play on runelite, most of us would be impacted, it would suck for those of us who dont care but the way Jagex has treated this issue is not ok. If Runelite is taken down and gives a notice stating the issue, Jagex get what they deserve and everyone using the client will know what a shit company Jagex is. No way they can ignore the issue if half the playerbase stops logging in.

This is disgusting

Nearly 25,000 unique items and only 816 bank spots. The bank desperately needs an update

I’m tired of little work around solutions like storing seeds at the farming guild and clothing at my house. We continue to create items (new raid stuff, quest items, etc) yet are not creating any more storage,

Sippy sippy. Allow players to drink while banking

Runescape Almost got me fired

Hey all, long time lurker first time poster I had to share this little story that happened to me today at work.

Is it toxic to low alch my risked gear in the wilderness?

I kept getting killed in the wildy doing slayer, idc. I was risking maybe 80k including all my supplies. 3 iteming because I don't wanna be smited for my 4th and my attack + skull options off. I'm not willing to bring more risk just to have a random high risk pker come out of nowhere and kill me in 2 secs.

Personally farmed and cleaned each one..bitter sweet goodbye
