The Brimhaven Agility Course is an Agility -training minigame located beneath Brimhaven, available to players with level 1 Agility. The official Brimhaven Agility Arena world is world 314.
Travel to Brimhaven via spirit tree, if one is grown there, and run south. If the player-owned house is located in Brimhaven, cast the Teleport to House spell, requiring level 40 Magic, or break a teleport to house tablet to go there and run east.
Only bring items you can adequately defend or items you are willing to lose. Brimhaven Agility Arena is an Agility -training minigame. It can be found in the east of Brimhaven, run by Cap'n Izzy No-Beard, who will charge 200 coins for access. The object of the minigame is to tag pillars located in the arena in order to get Agility arena tickets.
Rooftop Agility Courses were introduced to Old School RuneScape on 5 December 2013. A total of nine courses have been released. The rooftop Agility courses will provide the player with marks of grace, which can be used to buy the graceful outfit and amylase packs from Grace.
It is recommended to boost the Agility level by using summer pies or agility potions to train on a higher-level course earlier than it is available. Low-level players are advised to bring food to heal themselves.
The Werewolf Agility Course offers the second fastest experience from level 60 to 99 . This method is only recommended for accounts that cannot access Darkmeyer, as this method is relatively high-effort and offers worse rates than the Hallowed Sepulchre. While this course can offer slightly faster experience than the Seers' Village Rooftop Course up to level 72, the Seers' course is much easier and most players are likely to gain faster experience there.
The drop rate of marks on any rooftop course will significantly decrease (by 80% ) when you reach 20 Agility levels higher than the requirement of that rooftop course. Any boost to the drop rate, such as the reward for completion of the Hard Kandarin Diary, is applied after the 80% reduction.
Agility training involves a lot of point-clicking and it can take a lot of focus to maximise experience gain. Higher Agility level increases one's ability to regenerate run energy and grants access to various shortcuts. Players should always run and use stamina potions if necessary in order to maximise experience rates.
One lap of the Falador Rooftop Course takes roughly one minute , and has a maximum hourly experience rate approximately 26.4k xp/hour, whereas the average rate of xp would lie between 20.5k - 22k xp/hour, depending on agility levels, as higher agility means failing obstacles less.
The Hallowed Sepulchre offers the fastest experience from level 52 onwards. This method is a lot harder compared to other training methods, and it requires good concentration and timing. The activity becomes highly profitable at level 92, as this allows players to loot the Grand Hallowed Coffin on the final floor, where the ring of endurance can be obtained.
Training on this course yields up to 13,200 experience per hour, each lap yielding 238 experience. It will take 99 laps to get from level 30 to 40, including fails.
When going to the Agility Arena, there are some items which should be taken: Food - The player should take food which heals less than 20 Hitpoints per bite; if the player has over 20 Hitpoints when they take damage, they will take more damage than if they had under 20 Hitpoints.
Saradomin brews heal the most per slot for 4 times 16, but are expensive and risky to use if trying not to heal above 20. Baskets of strawberries heal 5 times 5 strawberries for 25 hitpoints per slot. However, they are harder to obtain.

The arena is made of twenty-five platforms arranged in a 5x5 square, each with a single pillar except for northeastern platform, which has the exit. Between each pair of adjacent platforms is an obstacle which must be passed, usually using the Agility skill. If the player fails to pass the obstacle, they will take damage.
From level 60 Agility onwards, it is possible to train Agility by repeatedly using the gap-jump shortcut in the Wintertodt 's prison. Each jump gives 18 experience, making it a good way to get a bit of Agility experience while waiting for the Wintertodt to spawn. If focusing solely on training Agility here, the player can expect experience rates of up to 21,000 Agility experience per hour. Keep in mind that the Wintertodt is a dangerous boss, so it is recommended to bring multiple pieces of warm clothing and sufficient food .
Prifddinas Agility Course. Main article: Prifddinas Agility Course. The Prifddinas Agility Course requires level 75 Agility and completion of Song of the Elves to access. The Agility course consists of twelve obstacles that players can pass in return for Agility experience.
The Wilderness Agility Course requires level 52 Agility to access. However, this level is only needed to access the course through the gates; the minimum level requirement of the obstacles is level 49. Therefore, it is a popular method to access this course by using a temporary skill boost to access the course starting at level 47, since the experience per hour at this course is far superior to other courses available to these players. The Agility course consists of five obstacles that players can pass in return for Agility experience. If all obstacles are passed in the correct order, some bonus experience is rewarded at the end of the lap.
Agility Pyramid. The Agility Pyramid is an Agility training area located in the Kharidian Desert available to players with level 30 Agility. On this course, players start at the bottom of a pyramid with the goal of reaching the top, where they are able to collect the pyramid top.
The Barbarian Outpost Agility Course requires level 35 Agility and completion of Alfred Grimhand's Barcrawl to access. This course is a lap-based obstacle course consisting of eight obstacles that players can traverse in return for Agility experience. If all obstacles are passed in the correct order, some bonus experience is rewarded at the end of the lap.

Players with higher Agility have a higher success rate at passing the obstacles, however even at level 99 it is still possible to fail an obstacle.
