Levels 60-90 – Seers' Village Agility Course Players stop failing this course at 79 Agility. From level 80 onwards, it is possible to achieve experience rate up to 60,000 experience per hour, if one consistently performs perfect laps and teleports to Seers' bank immediately after finishing the lap.
Although these can vary slightly, we've made a list of how many marks of Grace per hour as well as XP per hour you can expect from doing each course: Draynor Village Agility Course: 12 marks of Grace per hour + 10k XP per hour (starts at level 10)

If this course is started at level 60, it would take 814 complete laps to reach level 70.
Obtaining. The Graceful outfit can only be bought with marks of grace, which can only be obtained by running laps on Rooftop Agility Courses. Buying the entire set takes 260 Marks, which can be obtained as early as level 55~ Agility if the rooftop courses are done, except the Falador course.
Completing the easy, medium and hard Kandarin Diary increases the chance of receiving marks of grace during the Seers' Village Rooftop Course by 5%, 10% and 15%, respectively. Completing the elite Ardougne Diary increases the chance of receiving marks of grace during the Ardougne Rooftop Course by 25%.
Agility: Agility is a doozy, and will take you about 200 hours to get all the way from level 1 – 99. Getting to level 99 Fishing using the Barbarian Fishing will get you about 1 000 000 XP with 99 Fishing. So, that can take 1 000 000 XP out of the 13 000 000 XP away.

Failing an obstacle will inflict up to 8 points of damage. It is recommended to have some food stored in the bank here in case you repeatedly fail obstacles. It's possible to fail either jump repeatedly even at 59 Agility.
A tip while doing rooftop agility is to wear a regen bracelet and/or hitpoints cape if you are at, or near, the minimum level required to access the rooftop course, as they increase the rate of hitpoint regeneration following obstacle failures.
They are player-designed content authored by BigRedJapan, who can be seen at most of the courses as an NPC waving to the player as they finish a lap. There are nine courses in total, each requiring 10 more Agility levels than the last. The agility requirement is boostable.
Whilst training Agility within these courses , there is a chance of finding a mark of grace. These marks spawn anywhere in the course, so the player must keep an open eye if they are to spot them. These tokens can be taken to Grace, a merchant at the Rogues' Den, and can be exchanged for a set of graceful clothing that reduces your weight when you wear it. Grace also sells the Amylase pack which contains 100 Amylase crystals - a herblore secondary required in the making of Stamina potions at 77 herblore. The tokens are spawned randomly for each player on the course that they're using. Higher-level courses have a greater chance of spawning marks than lower-level courses. If your agility level is 20 or more levels higher than the requirement for the course you will get marks at 20% of the normal rate.
The agility requirement is boostable. Rooftop courses differ from other Agility courses in that they spawn Marks of grace. Also, passing an obstacle on a rooftop course actively restores 1–2% run energy, meaning it is typically possible to run around rooftop courses continually.

The Canifis Rooftop Agility Course can be started by climbing the Tall Tree just north of the bank and is finished by jumping off the north side of the bank. Players get 240 experience from completing the course, including 175 experience upon completion of the course. It will also take 257 laps from 40-50. With an average time of 44 seconds per lap, it is possible to get around 19.5k Agility experience per hour from this course. (Although an average of 14.5k xp/h is normal when levelling from 40-50, as failing obstacles is not uncommon). Additionally, due to the short distance between obstacles, it is possible to completely fill one's run energy while maneuvering the course.
The XP drop from Jump Gap 2 occurs one tick later in the player's movement than in the other Jump Gap obstacles, meaning an inexperienced player is likely to click on Jump Gap 3 before the XP drop and will need to click again.
The Canifis Rooftop Agility Course is a Rooftop Agility Course found in Canifis available to players with an Agility level of 40 or above. It is only accessible to players who have completed the Priest in Peril quest. It is preceded by the Varrock Rooftop Course and followed by the Falador Rooftop Course .
The Dorgesh-Kaan Agility Course offers a similar experience rate to the Ardougne course; however, Ardougne is preferred because it does not require energy potions while training . This is due to the energy restoration that happens between obstacles, which does not happen at the non-rooftop courses. In addition, the course is easier to complete as it requires less concentration.
The use of summer pies at the Ardougne Rooftop Course is very popular. With summer pies you can start using this course from level 85. Below is a table to show how many summer pies are needed until the next level. All calculations are based on the use of the preserve prayer and 0 failures.
The Ardougne Rooftop Agility course can be started by climbing the Wooden Beams outside of the house next to the Gem stall in the southeast corner of the marketplace in East Ardougne .
A full lap of this course can be completed in roughly 46 seconds making the maximum xp/hr 62,300 assuming perfect laps. Players stop failing this course at 96 Agility .
It is possible to complete the course before level 90 Agility using temporary skill boosts. The player's Agility level needs to be boosted to at least 90 only when attempting the first, second and fourth obstacles, because the other obstacles are impossible to fail even at levels below 90. Summer pies temporarily raise the Agility level by 5, and agility potions by 3.

Running the Seers village course with the hard kandarin diaries completed granting 15% more m arks of grace from s eers course
Running the Seers village course would be the best in terms of xp/Marks. Running a rooftop course that is 20 levels under you results in a reduction of Marks.
The Falador course isn't that great, I would just stick to Seers.
