on the safe side Avoiding potential dangers, problems, or challenges; choosing a course of action less fraught with risk. I made an extra batch of brownies, just to be on the safe side in case we have more guests than we anticipated. We'd probably be fine with three cases, but I'd rather we have at least four to stay on the safe side.
Oct 19, 2020 · On the Safe Side. October 19, 2020. on the safe side. When quilting a long stretch, it’s inconvenient to run out of bobbin thread. To prevent this, I wind two bobbins—one for the bobbin case and one for the spool pin. By watching the bobbin on the spool pin, I can anticipate when the bottom bobbin will run out and I don’t sew without thread.

The Advanced Scrum Master is designed to advance Scrum Masters with an understanding of how to use scaling for larger enterprise projects. The training goes deeper than Scrum and also provides an overview of Kanban, and the other practices needed for large-scale development.
The Scaled Agile Academy® believes that Agile team members should be provided with the training that is specific to their role, and we agree completely. There is an all too common practice of getting everyone certified with the same Scrum Master certification, and that is a problem. The practice of giving everyone Scrum Master training leaves the teams unprepared to function effectively. The Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Development team members all have different roles that should be reflected in the training. It is tough enough for new teams to get started with a new methodology, but it is even more difficult when the product owner and the development team members need to guess about what they are supposed to do in their role. A good coach can help to make up for the training omissions, but the team will get to a performing stage much more quickly when they have been properly trained.
Agile scaling is the next stage of Agile fueling the need for larger teams demanded by industry and enabling career advancement. We offer the following Scaled Agile Academy Framework (SAFe®) certifications:
The SAFe training offerings are not beginning sessions. There is an expectation that the SAFe certification attendees have other Agile certifications and that they have a few years of experience with Agile. At a minimum, the team members should, at least, attend role specific training before the SAFe training.
