After completing Part 1 of the NRP Provider Curriculum, the student has 90 days in which to complete the Instructor-Led Event in Part 2. If the event is not completed after 90 days, the student will have to re-enroll in the NRP Provider Curriculum and take Part 1 again. The NRP Provider Curriculum is non refundable.

The Neonatal Resuscitation Program™ is an educational program that introduces the concepts and basic skills of neonatal resuscitation. How is the online test arranged?

The online test is arranged by lesson, in the same order as in the textbook. You may skip questions and come back to them. You may change your answers on any question until you submit the lesson for grading. You may stop testing after a lesson, and resume testing later.

The initial steps of neonatal resuscitation include drying, stimulation, and perhaps suctioning. You must dry the infant with a towel then throw the towel away from the infant. If you leave a wet towel on the infant, the infant will get cold and your resuscitation will be inefficient. Next, you must stimulate gently .
