A student who wants to withdraw after classes have started for the semester initiates the process with the Program Director to indicate that he/she is withdrawing. The Program Director will notify the University Registrar, who will process the withdrawal and notify the appropriate campus offices.

By electing this method, the University of Mount Union will electronically transfer funds into a checking or savings account selected by the student. The funds are typically received within 48 hours after processing.
If no selection is made, the University of Mount Union will mail a check to the home address on file with the University. The official date of withdrawal is the date the student contacted the Office of Student Affairs OR the midpoint of the semester (please refer to Withdrawal Process in the Student Catalogue).

If an account has already been created for you in PowerCampus, you will be notified when an administrator creates your Self-Service account. If you need to, you can request that an administrator create a Self-Service account for you, by selecting Request Account on the Login window.
