Enrol and enroll have the same meaning, but their use in writing depends on different language communities. Current usage patterns show that the double L spelling dominates in writing. Use enrol, enrolment, and re-enrol for British English spelling, and enroll, enrollment, and re-enroll for American English spelling.
Enrollment is a variation of the same word, applicable in all the same contexts and carrying all of the same meanings. Enrollment is standard in American English, whereas enrolment is standard in British English. For example, Enrollment in Medicaid could exempt you from fees related to being uninsured in America.

Can Moodle tell if you switch tabs or apps. Moodle cannot detect if you opened other tabs or window unless it has a proctoring software to monitor your computer. As it is, it cannot detect any activities on your computer apart from the active tab you have.
The Moodle logs are not stored in files, they are stored in tables in the database.
About Reports You are able to generate reports that track which Moodle activities and resources your students have viewed or list what activities need to be completed. The Moodle logs, which are used to generate some of these reports, are retained for 120 days.
