If DeVry decides not to amend the record as requested by the student, the student will be notified of the decision and advised of his/her right to a hearing regarding the request for amendment. Additional information regarding the hearing procedures will be provided to the student when they are notified of the right to a hearing. Following the hearing, if DeVry still decides not to amend the record, the student has a right to place a clarifying statement in the record. DeVry is not required to consider requests for amendment to grades or disciplinary decisions.
