Known as the fastest downhill in the world, racers on the 3.4 mile course can hit 60+ MPH! The fastest of the fearless clock times that are less than four minutes! As historically significant as it is speedy, riding Kamikaze is like playing baseball at Dodger Stadium: generations of greats have transcended their limits (and slid in the dirt) here! Lacking huge drops, it’s also the ideal course for newbies to dip their SPD-clad toes into the downhill, err, water.
The Kamikaze has two race segments (1.0 & 2.0). Riders will begin by riding the Panorama Gondola to the Top of the Mountain and stage and race 1.0 to the bottom of Chair One.
