Retaking a passed course more than once. If a student receives a 'D' in a course and decides to repeat the course to improve his/her GPA, he/she may repeat this passed course ONE time. Federal regulations require you to repay a portion of financial aid funds if you withdraw from all classes before satisfying the 60 percent completion rule for the enrollment term. (See the current 60 percent dates for the financial aid award year.)

Yes, unless you are making a section change. When you are making a section change using the PAWS Schedule Request Application, do not drop one section and add your new section. To change sections, simply add the new section and the section you previously scheduled will be automatically dropped.
If your financial aid posts and is greater than the amount that you owe the University, you will be issued a refund for the remaining balance the first week of class. Probation does affect financial aid if you are using it. I've rolled several courses in my time and never been put on probation. I don't have financial aid, but it counts as a not-pass. So if you don't think you have time to add a course, don't. If you can't finish all your assigned classes, do your best.
Your financial aid does not get affected, but if you fail to reach the credit goal again, you will not get financial aid.
