Part of how Levaquin causes so much pain and problem is that it depletes the body of magnesium. You're body can't work without adequate amounts of magnesium. Magnesium isn't the whole picture, of course, but it's a REQUIREMENT if one wants to start recovering from bad and lasting fluoroquinolone side effects.
